WHY: Footprints lost some data this morning.
We need to restore the missing data from backups, but will need to disable access to the application while we do so.
Nothing new will be lost.

Service has been restored.

The FootPrints service is currently degraded. ITS staff is investigating. The ITS Help Desk has been experiencing database errors when attempting to open or save tickets in the Footprints ITS Incident Management workspace since 9:00am.
