- RESOLVED:Exchange Resource Scheduler Errors
The Exchange Resource Scheduler is operational again. Systems staff are investigating the root cause of the problem.
This appears to have been resolved as of 1:25 PM.

As of 9:58 am, we received reports that Exchange Resource Scheduler was causing errors. The specific error message is “System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.” This appears to be affecting all faculty and staff users.
- Restored:Expedited Non-Disruptive Maintenance - UDC-C Router
Work has been completed.
Work is starting.
Networking will be conducting emergency maintenance on one of the routers in UDC-C to remove a malfunctioning line card from service. Network traffic has already been shut down on the affected line card, so no service interruption is expected.
- Development ITS Central RAC Emergency Outage
Description: Development ITS Central RAC will undergo disruptive maintenance that will impact any service that connects to the development ITS RAC database. The outage is due to a database upgrade from Oracle 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199. The upgrade will take approximately 2 hours. This was supposed to be done during the planned outage on November 26th, but due to some issues we ran into, we had to put this off.

- Blackboard - Emergency maintenance
Event Title: Blackboard Emergency Maintenance

We will be installing additional RAM into Blackboard’s database server.
There will be some instability as we failover to Blackboard’s standby database before the maintenance, and some when we fail back—we don’t expect more than 5 minutes of instability for each failover event.
The service may be degraded while running on the standby database, but it will be functional.
- Issue with UTBackup Web Console
Vendor support was engaged and it was determined to be a software conflict between the latest version of Google Chrome and the current version of the UTBackup platform.
Please utilize an alternative browser until the necessary server-side corrective fix can be planned, scheduled and implemented.
There is an issue with logging into the UTBackup web interface.
