Overview
An auto-attendant can route multiple simultaneous phone calls to the appropriate person and may also be used as a "back up" to your receptionist if the phone line is busy or unanswered. Users can turn the auto-attendant on and off using their phone's call-forwarding feature.

- Play a directory of faculty/staff phone numbers that allows callers to transfer to any UT extension (5-digit phone number) they enter

- Play pre-recorded answers to frequently asked questions
- Play different greetings and offer different sets of options based on time-of-day, day-of-week, or holidays
