Equipment Rental and Operator Fees

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides the following equipment for rent by university departments, schools, organizations, faculty, or staff (return to Equipment Rentals for ordering information):

AV & Multimedia Delivery and Pickup:	$46.00 (Audio Visual & Multimedia staff can deliver any equipment and media, or you may pick up and return the equipment yourself for no charge.)
Order Processing Charge:	$23 (Assessed on each order, even if canceled.)

Notes:

1. Daily rates apply for any part of a day.
2. Pickup after 1 p.m. and before 4 p.m. Friday; return before 12 p.m. Monday. Extensions will be billed at daily rates.
3. More than 3 days, fewer than 8 days.
4. More than 10 days, fewer than 32 days.
5. More than 62 days, fewer than 120 days.
