Requirements
Austin BlackBerry Service requires:
- A BlackBerry device running version 4.0 or better of the BlackBerry OS (available from Research in Motion or from your wireless service provider)
- A Blackberry Enterprise Service data package from your wireless service provider. Note: A voice package is optional and not required to use Austin BlackBerry Service.
- An Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) Account from ITS (available to faculty and staff only)
- A subscription to Austin BlackBerry Service from ITS ($10/month)
