Subscribing to Austin BlackBerry Service

1. If your BlackBerry is connected to your computer, disconnect it.
2. If you are running Desktop Manager (PC) or PocketMac (Mac) on your desktop or laptop, close the application.
3. Go to ITS Computer Account Services. Enter your UT EID and password, then click the Please Logon button.
4. In the Windows Services section, click the Add Service button for Austin BlackBerry Service.
5. Follow the directions to subscribe to Austin BlackBerry Services. Note that an Austin BlackBerry Service account costs $10/month.
