Cost
As of September 1, 2008, labor is $55 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Repair estimates are $35, and the cost is credited toward the repair. A technician trip charge is $46. Equipment can be picked up or dropped off for an additional $25. If parts are needed, there is a $5 minimum charge.
Printer maintenance pricing is as follows:
- Dell Laser printers - $150.00 per printer
- HP LaserJet 4000s, 4050s, 8000s, 8050s - $100.00 per printer
- HP LaserJet 4200s, 4300s, 4500s etc - $150.00 per printer
- Lexmark Optra S & Ts - $150.00 per printer
- Lexmark, Dell & HP Color Laser Printers - $250.00 per printer
