Sending Messages Through Group E-mail
The first step in sending a Group E-Mail message is to request authorization.
Once the request has been submitted, wait for a return message from the group contact confirming or denying the authorization request.
If authorization to send to a list has been granted, there will be a "Prepare To Send Message" link on the Group E-Mail home page. Clicking this link will start the process of generating the unique e-mail address to be used in sending to the list.
