WorldSpace Sync User Roles (Who Can Do What)

Member

  • Usually a Web publisher or developer
  • Can be added to a Group to get access to view a Project
  • Can view Organization Settings and Project Settings
  • Should contact the Web Technologies Team to schedule or run scans
  • Should contact their Web Portfolio Manager to create new Projects

Organization Administrator

  • Usually a Web Portfolio Manager
  • Set in the Organization Settings by the Web Technologies Team or Organization Administrator
  • Can add Members to a Group
  • Should contact the Web Technologies Team to modify any Organization Settings; including removing an Organization or adding additional Organization Administrators
  • Should create new Projects according to documentation
  • Organization Administrators are not automatically Members or Project Administrators of each Project in the Organization.

Project Administrator

  • Usually the Web Portfolio Manager that created the Project
  • The creator of a Project is automatically assigned as a Project Administrator
  • Set in the Project Settings by Project Administrator
  • Should create new Projects according to documentation.
  • Should contact the Web Technologies Team if any Project Settings need to be modified; including removing a Project or adding additional Project Administrators
  • Should contact the Web Technologies Team to schedule or run scans
