Adding Funds to a Personal Account

Note: If you have a departmental account, your funding is entirely different than that described here. In that case, see Departmental Accounts.

Once you have authorized prepaid funds, you can add funds as needed to cover anticipated charges. How you do that depends upon whether you are using Bevo Bucks (students) or an IT Prepaid Account (faculty, staff and retirees).

Adding Funds to Bevo Bucks: Students

To add funds to your Bevo Bucks account:

  1. Go to the Bevo Bucks site and log on using your UT EID and password. If you do not have a Bevo Bucks account, create one now.

  2. Add funds to your account by clicking Add Bucks, then add the appropriate amount of money.

  3. Click Pay for Bucks to pay for your Bevo Bucks.

  4. Log off when you have finished.
