Transition From Symantec - I installed Forefront Client Security on Windows XP Home Edition, but the Security Center thinks I don't have anti-virus software installed. Is my computer really protected?
Yes! Forefront Client Security works on Windows XP Home Edition. However, you must open the Security Center and select the option that you are manually monitoring it to get the alerts to go away.
