Enabling and Disabling an Account

  1. Log in to the Active Directory Administration Tools.

  2. Click Enable / Disable on the left.

  3. Select the user's OU from the Select a Departmental OU drop-down.

  4. Select the user in the Select a User drop-down. The user's current account status is displayed below the Select a User drop-down.

  5. Click Toggle Account Status.
