You cannot recover deleted items using OWA Light, Outlook 2011 (Mac) or Microsoft Entourage.
Microsoft Outlook
Open Outlook.
Select your Deleted Items folder.
Select the Tools menu, then select Recover Deleted Items.
Select the items you want to restore.
Use the Shift key and click to select adjacent items.
Use the Ctrl key and click to select non-adjacent items.
Outlook has a Select All option.
Select Recover Selected Items.
Outlook Web Access
Log in to OWA. Do NOT select the "Use Outlook Web Access Light" option.
In the folder list in the left-hand side of the window, right-click or ctrl-click on Deleted Items.
In the resulting pop-up menu, select Recover Deleted Items.
Use the resulting window to search for the desired items and select the items you wish to restore.
