Accessing Mailboxes and Calendars if You Are a Delegate (Outlook 2007 / 2010)

If someone has assigned you as their delegate, you can send or receive email or meeting requests on their behalf. You must acknowledge the assignment to display their Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) email and calendar.
Accessing Mailboxes if you are a Delegate
Open Outlook.
On the File tab (Tools in 2007), select Account Settings.
Select the Change button.
Select More Settings, and then select the Advanced tab.
Select Add, and then enter the mailbox name of the person whose mailbox you want to add.
Select OK to close both windows.
Select Next and Finish to close the Change Email Account wizard.
Select Close to close the Account Settings dialog box.
You should now be able to expand the delegated mailbox in the main Outlook pane.
