Requirements for Austin BlackBerry Service
Austin BlackBerry Service requires:
A BlackBerry device running version 4.0 or better of the BlackBerry OS (available from Research in Motion
or from your wireless service provider)A Blackberry Enterprise Service data package from your wireless service provider.
Note: A voice package is optional and not required to use Austin BlackBerry Service.
An Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) Account from ITS (available to faculty and staff only)
A subscription to Austin BlackBerry Service
from ITS ($10/month)
