Adding Users to a Group Ten at a Time

If you have multiple individuals to add to a group, you can add them up to ten at a time:

  1. Select Group List, then select the Group Name to which you want to add users.

  2. Click Add Users in the navigation bar and enter the UT EID of each user you wish to add. If you don't know the individual's UT EID, select Find EID to search for it.

  3. Select the Give user "Super User" authorizations option if you want users to be able to change their accounts.

    Note: If you selected Set Super Users by Default when you created the group, the Give user "Super User" authorizations option will be selected by default.

  4. Click Add User. The new users' names and UT EIDs will be added to the list.
