Receiving Automatic Emails About Account Charges

TRAC sends out email notifications when a charge is issued against a financial account number. The following individuals will receive these email notifications:

  • Group sponsor responsible for the user

  • Accounting contact (as listed in the Define system for the financial account number in question)

  • Purchasing contact (as listed in the Define system for the financial account number in question)

  • Office manager (as listed in the Define system for the financial account number in question)
