Changing Signing and Encryption Settings for Individual Email Messages
Entourage
Begin a new message.
From the Message menu, select Security. You can also select the Options icon in the message window to access these settings.
To turn the options on or off, select Encrypt Message and Digitally Sign Message options in the menu.
Mac Mail
Begin a new message.
Mac Mail displays two icons when you compose a message. To turn the options on and off, click the icons.
Outlook
Begin a new message
Outlook displays two icons in the message window when you compose a message. To turn the options on and off, click the icons.
Thunderbird
Begin a new message.
From the Options menu, select Security. You can also select the Security icon in the message window to access these settings.
To turn the options on or off, select Encrypt This Message and Digitally Sign This Message options in the menu.
