Can't Download the Certificate in Internet Explorer
Operating System: Windows XP and Vista
Application: Internet Explorer 7.0
Problem: You can't complete the download process.
Reason: The download site is not in your list of trusted sites.
Solution: Add "certificates.austin.utexas.edu" to your Trusted Sites zone.
Add the download site to your trusted sites
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
In the Security tab, click Trusted Sites.
Click the Sites button.
Where it says "Add this website to the zone," enter the website address provided in the email you received.
Click Add.
Click Close.
Click OK.
Set the Security Level for the Trusted Sites zone to Medium.
Click OK.
If the settings in the instructions are grayed out or otherwise unavailable, this means that your desktop administrator has configured your computer so that you cannot change them. Contact your desktop administrator to enable you to change the settings or to make the change for you.
