Updates to Biographical Information
Biographical information for EID records is managed in the source systems, such as student or employee systems, and not directly in TIM. Updates to biographical information are sent by TIM to the consuming systems, including the UT Directory, within 24 hours.
Non-members can update their email address information in the Manage My UT EID Profile section of the EID Self-Service Tools
