iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch Setup for UTmail
Note: If you would like to access your UTmail Contacts, you will need to set up UTmail through Google Sync instead of the configuration below. For instructions on this procedure, refer to Google's documentation — Google Sync: Setting up Google Sync with your iOS device

To set up your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch to receive email from your UTmail account:
- Open the Settings application on your device's home screen.
Open Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Press Add Account...
Select Gmail.
In the Name field, type in your name.
- In the Address field, type in your complete UTmail address ("username@utexas.edu").
In the Password field, type in your UTmail password.
Press Next. Google will verify your information. If an error was detected, correct the account information and try again.
