Setting Up to Receive Green Output on Your Austin Disk Account (Windows)
Austin Disk has two storage options: personal accounts, which only one person can access, or bulk mount accounts (also called departmental directories), which anyone in a defined group can access. You must have either a personal or bulk mount account on Austin Disk to receive Green Output on Austin Disk. Visit the Austin Disk Services page for information about getting an Austin Disk account and setting up a connection to your account.
On your Austin Disk account, create a new folder for all of your Green Output. The folder name MUST match the path used when you configured the output in Task Manager.
Right-click the new folder, select Properties from the pop-up menu, then select the Security tab.
Warning: Be sure to right-click on the new folder. If you right-click anywhere else in the window, you will change permissions on the wrong folder.
Click the Add button.
In the Enter the object names to select field, enter go235, then click the Check Names button to make sure it's correct.
Click the OK button.
In the Group or user names field, select the Output Green (go235) (firstname.lastname@example.org) user name.
In the Permissions for Output Green (go235) field, make sure that all of the checkboxes are selected, then click OK.
