Green Output

Receiving Green Output Report Delivery Notices

Each day, you will receive an email notification that summarizes all Green Output reports generated at your request. Be sure to review the notice carefully, since it will include any error messages or delivery failures that may have occurred.

Handling Failed Delivery

If your notice includes a delivery failure, act promptly. On weekdays, job output may be available for as little as 30 hours after reports are submitted. On weekends and holidays, reports may only be available through Monday afternoon. (The retention period varies.)

  1. Make note of the job name, job number, and the full name of the report. Also, note the error.

  2. If the problem was "Insufficient available capacity" in your account, you may need to delete some files to get enough space for the report (the report size and available space are listed in the notification).

  3. Contact an analyst who is familiar with the application *UTQA (DPIC or ACIC may be able to help you find the right analyst). The analyst can use *UTQA to attempt to deliver the report using the Job name, number and report name that you supply. If all else fails the analyst can get the report to print although the results may not be as neat as what you would normally receive.
