Replacing an ID Card
The procedure for lost or stolen university ID cards is as follows:
Go to the
Lost/Stolen ID Deactivation page to deactivate the card.Notify the UT Police Department immediately at 512-471-4441.
Note: Bring a valid government-issued ID to the ID Center to receive your replacement card. If you do not have a valid, current government-issued ID due to loss or theft, view your alternatives.
You will be responsible for the costs of your replacement card.
