Replacing an ID Card

The procedure for lost or stolen university ID cards is as follows:

Note: Bring a valid government-issued ID to the ID Center to receive your replacement card. If you do not have a valid, current government-issued ID due to loss or theft, view your alternatives.

You will be responsible for the costs of your replacement card.

Old and replaced ID cards

In accordance with the University Identification Card Guidelines, all users are eligible to possess only one ID card at a time. Any other ID card or pieces of that card must be given to the ID Center officials upon request.
