As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.


Accessing the Mainframe

In order to access the mainframe, your Department Contact will need to submit a request for your account to be created.

All employees of UT System and their component schools are eligible for access to the mainframe. Individuals who need access who are not UT employees will need Special Status, as approved by the Controller's Office and Internal Audits and subject to annual review.

Once your account has been created, you will need to install the TN3270 emulator software on your computer in order to access the mainframe. The TN3270 emulator software can be found on below pages:
