Reporting Unwanted Email

512-471-4441.
Reporting spam and phishing schemes to the appropriate authorities may result in the offending account being terminated. When reporting spam and phishing schemes, make sure to include full headers from the offending email message.
If you can identify the Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the sender, look up the contact information for the ISP and report the violation to them.
If the message violates the university's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
, contact the Information Security Office (ISO).
