As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Sending Messages as MIME Attachments: Microsoft Outlook (Windows)

Use the following instructions to send messages as RFC-822 Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) attachments in Microsoft Outlook for Windows.

  1. Navigate to the folder that contains the message you want to forward.
  2. Hold down the Control key and click on at least two messages to highlight them.
  3. Right-click on one of the highlighted messages, and select Forward Items.
  4. A blank email will open with the selected messages as MIME attachments. Delete the additional message if only one message needs to be forwarded.
