Delivery of Email Is Slow

The slow delivery or reception of email on campus is usually due to a large demand on the Mail Filtering Service. If emails are delayed, ITS service administrators will address the issue to ensure prompt delivery of messages. Delays generally do not last longer than a half hour.

Major issues and update statuses will be noted on the ITS Service Alerts. If issues still persist, contact the ITS Help and Service Desk.
