How can I check my mailbox disk usage?

Computer Account Services

  1. Log in to the ITS Computer Account Services page.
  2. Click the View/Modify button next to Austin Exchange Mailbox.
  3. Under View Mailbox Status, click Mailbox Status to see account information regarding your AEMS account.

Outlook 2010

  1. Select the File tab. An Info page should appear, displaying information about your email account.

  2. Under Mailbox Cleanup, you can view your mailbox size and usage.

Outlook Web App (OWA)

  1. Log in to Outlook Web App.

  2. In the left sidebar, hover over your name. A dialog box will appear with your mailbox size and usage.
