Pre-Rollback Communication – Office 365 to AEMS

Note: The following instructions are only applicable to you if you have received communication from ITS regarding a scheduled migration/rollback on a mailbox you own or access.

Email Migration Required Actions

In order to best prepare for a smooth transition to the on-premises mail environment, please select your email client from the list below, and complete the pre-rollback steps:

Apple Mail
Outlook 2007 (Windows)
Outlook 2010 (Windows)
Outlook 2011 (Mac OS)
Outlook 2013 (Windows)
Outlook Web App (OWA)

Please note: The above items may not apply to new UT Austin employees

After your migration: all email clients must be reconfigured to connect with your mailbox. Select your email client(s) from the list below, bookmark or print the appropriate one(s) now, and follow the instructions after you receive your process completion email:
