Complete the following steps in Outlook to share folders with other AEMS users.

  1. Right-click the folder you want to share, such as Inbox or Calendar, and select Change Sharing Permissions.

  2. Click the Add button and select the person you want to share the folder with.

  3. Click the OK button.

  4. Modify the permissions as necessary and click OK.

Outlook 2010

  1. Right-click the folder you want to share, such as Inbox or Calendar. Select Properties, then select the Permissions tab. If you need to share your Calendar, right-click Calendar, select Share, then Calendar Permissions.

  3. Click the OK button.

  4. Modify the permissions as necessary and click OK.
