Accessing Shared Calendars (Outlook 2007 / 2010)

If someone has granted you permission to view their calendar, complete the following steps to view their calendar in Outlook 2007 / 2010:
Select the Calendar view.
Select Open Calendar, then select Open Shared Calendar from the drop-down menu (Open a Shared Calendar in 2007). Enter the mailbox name of the person whose calendar you want to view.
Click OK. You should now be able to view the shared calendar.
