As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Upgrading: Downgrades

Although the Campus Agreement does provide full downgrade licensing (previous versions of Windows), Students and Faculty/Staff Work-at-Home users can only purchase the latest version of Windows Operating Systems through their campus reseller.

Departments (but not individuals) can purchase media for previous versions through the Microsoft Select Large Account Reseller, subject to availability.
