As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

Missing Messages from Automated Processes

Issue

Some users who receive email from programmatic sources have reported not receiving these messages. In certain cases, these messages are automatically marked as spam.

Workaround

If you routinely receive email from these sources (such as mainframe processes), please check your Junk Email folder. If this folder contains messages that are clearly legitimate, we recommend doing the following:

  1. Log into the Outlook Web App
  2. Add the email address(es) in question to the Safe senders list to prevent them from being marked as spam in the future.
