What are the benefits of the Oracle Master Agreement?
In addition to having a set of products site-licensed under this agreement, there are many benefits available to the UT System under this new agreement. Here are a few:
Existing Oracle support contracts renewed using our contract are capped in service costs for 5 years.
Note: To receive discounts, you must reference the UT System Oracle Master Agreement per the instructions here.
We have a minimum 50% discount on any new Oracle purchases.
Licenses purchased under this agreement are permanent and are fully transferable within the UT System to any new hardware, any operating system supported, and even other groups within UT System.
