Can licenses purchased under this agreement be transferred to another department or unit?
Yes. Licenses purchased under this agreement can be transferred from one party to another as a result of operational transfers, transfer of business functions or user consolidations. However, the recipient must be eligible under the terms of this agreement and must agree in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement 2004 and the Ordering Document applicable to the transferred licensed Program(s).
