How Can I Obtain Technical Support From the Vendor?
Technical Support (which includes software updates, product support, and other technical support) for licenses purchased under this agreement is renewed annually and pricing is fixed through February 2009.

Under this agreement, the UT System has a fixed number of named contacts for technical support through Oracle MetaLink. A number of these contacts will be distributed evenly across the UT System, and the remainder will be provided to those who already had support contracts at the time of the agreement, or who would like to establish a new support contract through the UT System. To find out who on your campus can access support via MetaLink, or to request access for yourself, please contact Becky Taylor in the UT System Administration Office.
