Currently ITS can provide downlinks in both C-Band and Ku-Band. Programming you want us to receive must be "analog, in the clear." Upon special arrangement, we can receive CLI Spectrum Saver Digital Video and General Instruments VideoCipher II+ encrypted analog video.
