No sites listed under My Links
My Links will only display sites that a user has explicit permissions in the site name members security group.
A user must be explicitly added to the security group site name Members to have the site added to their membership (My Links >> My SharePoint Sites). Even if that user is a site owner, they still have to be explicitly added to the site name members security group. For more information on this, please see this
