SmartVoice Voice Mail (Legacy)

Listening to Voice Mail Messages

  1. Open the FirstClass program.

  2. Double-click the Mailbox icon to open your mailbox.

  3. Double-click a message to listen to it. New messages begin to play automatically.

Your SmartVoice desktop appearance will depend on how you are accessing SmartVoice. The images shown below give examples of the SmartVoice desktop for both the Windows and Macs desktop clients and also the Web interface.
