SmartVoice Voice Mail (Legacy)
Enabling Voice Greetings
A recorded greeting must be enabled before it will play. To change the enabled status of a greeting:
Log in to SmartVoice, then press 82.
Press 1 for external greetings.
The telephone assistance will tell you how many greetings you have and then give you the enabled status of the first greeting.
To enable a disabled greeting or to disable an enabled greeting, press 3.
To skip to the next greeting, press 6. To return to the previous greeting, press 4.
