Error: 'The Network Path \\Disk_Sharename_ Could Not Be Found' When Connecting to Austin Disk Services

This error message can occur when:

  • You use a forward slash (/) instead of a backslash (\) when entering the path for the mapped drive. Try mapping to again and be sure to use backslashes (\) in the path.

  • You need to subscribe to Data Storage on (UT EID required).

  • IPSec is experiencing issues. In such cases, restart your computer and try connecting again.
