VoIP Phones: Phone is completely dead.
Check to see if the power transformer is plugged into a power outlet. If plugged into a power strip, make sure the strip is turned on. Unplug the data cable from the wall and the phone, then plug back in. When prompted, log back in. If problem is not resolved please refer to this page for trouble reporting instructions.
