VoIP Phones: My VoIP phone should have two phone lines, but I can only see the first phone line.
If you can't see your number, press the up/down arrow to see if you can see the other number.
If you still cannot see the other number, log out and back in to see if the issue is resolved. If not, contact your Technical Support Contact or ITS for repair.
