If you are having trouble with your EID, the UT EID Self-Service Tools can provide you with solutions and information for who to contact about your EID. Please refrain from contacting the EID team directly regarding problems with your EID.

If you have a question about the administration of EID data or integrating EID services into your systems, contact the EID team.
