Changing Your Unix Password
For the following procedure, make sure you have logged in to an SSH Client and are at the Unix terminal. Instructions on how to log in to an SSH Client can be found at the Help page.
To submit a command line in Unix, press Enter.
Enter the command
passwd.At the
Enter existing login password:prompt, confirm your current password.Note: The terminal cursor will not move when you enter a password.
Enter your new password.
Re-enter your new password.
