Setting Up a UTS Account
For individually funded accounts, go to the ITS Account Services page.
For departmentally funded accounts, contact your department's account sponsor. If you are unable to locate your department's account sponsor, call the ITS Help Desk at 512-475-9400. ITS Accounting will send the username and password for your account via email to the TRAC group sponsor, whose responsibility it is to pass along the information to the account holder.
Note: Accounts will not be accessible until the next business day around 10 a.m.
