As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.


Changing/Resetting a UTmail Password

  1. Go to UTmail User Management. Log in with your UT EID and password if prompted.
  2. Click Change UTmail Password.
  3. Enter your new UTmail password.

    Note: For security reasons, your UTmail password CANNOT be the same as your UT EID password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length, and should include at least one special character to be considered a strong password.

  4. Confirm your new password by entering it again.
  5. Click Submit.

Your UTmail password should be successfully changed.
