Finding Videoconferencing Facilities at the University
To participate in or host a videoconference, you must find a videoconferencing facility with the necessary viewing or production equipment. This page contains a list of videoconferencing rooms and facilities at the university with contact information for the person who is in charge of scheduling.
The other party or parties participating in the videoconference also must have access to a videoconferencing facility. ITS staff may be able to provide contact information for UT System and other videoconferencing sites across Texas; please e-mail video@its.utexas.edu if you need this information.
Cost
University facility or room charges are developed and billed by the departments that own the rooms. Room charges, if any, are separate from any connection or administrative fees associated with network connections.
